Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using Interface Audit.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Minimum age: 16+ (GDPR requirement for data processing consent)
Binding agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Interface Audit.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without refund, for:
- License violations: Commercial use, derivative works, redistribution
- Scraping or automation: Bot usage, mass content extraction
- Account sharing: Multiple users on one account
- Chargeback abuse: Filing chargebacks instead of requesting refunds
- Terms of Service violations: Any breach of these Terms
No refund upon termination for violations.
Appeal process: Email [email protected] within 7 days with evidence.
Payment Terms

- Bank transfers (via Stripe/Polar.sh)
Payment processor: Polar.sh (Merchant of Record), powered by Stripe Connect, for the Full Report. The Expert Review and retainer are billed directly by Interface Audit via Wave.
Pricing
- Platform Access: $99 per Full UX Report
- Currency: USD (US Dollar) - prices may vary by region due to taxes
Taxes
Polar.sh handles tax compliance on the Full Report as Merchant of Record. Invoices billed directly via Wave (Expert Review, retainer) are issued by Interface Audit, and any applicable tax is stated on the invoice:
- EU: VAT added at checkout (country-specific rates)
- US: Sales tax where applicable
- Other regions: Local tax requirements handled by Polar.sh
Refunds
See our Refund Policy for details. Summary: the Full Report is refunded or re-run if it fails to generate, comes back empty, or analyses the wrong page (30 days for billing errors), in addition to any statutory rights you have under your local law.

AS-IS Basis
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do NOT guarantee:
- Accuracy or completeness of content (research evolves)
- Uninterrupted or error-free service (maintenance, downtime)
- Specific results from applying our recommendations (outcomes vary)
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability: Amount paid for your report
We are NOT liable for:
- Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss, business interruption)
- Consequential damages (project failures, missed deadlines)
- Punitive damages (exemplary damages)
- Third-party claims (client disputes, legal issues)
Exception: Gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

Your Responsibilities
- Respect our intellectual property rights

- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our site content or framework
- Do not claim our content as your own

Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution (Required First Step)
Before filing any legal action, you must:

- Wait 30 days for us to resolve informally
- Engage in good-faith negotiation

Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring claims individually, NOT as part of a class action. Why? Faster, cheaper, more efficient resolution for both parties.
EU Consumers
EU users retain the right to sue in their home country courts. EU consumer protection laws cannot be waived by this agreement.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
United States Users
- Governing law: Florida law (without conflict of laws provisions)
- Jurisdiction: Courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida (if arbitration unavailable)
European Union Users
- Governing law: EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive)
- Jurisdiction: Your home country courts (cannot be waived)
- Consumer rights: EU mandatory consumer protections apply
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect: new features or services, legal or regulatory changes, security or fraud prevention measures, business model adjustments.
Notification
- Material changes: 30-day email notice before effective date
- Minor changes: Update "Last Updated" date only
Continued use after changes = acceptance.
Don't agree with changes? Stop using the Service; request a refund if your purchase qualifies under our Refund Policy.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Interface Audit.
